I seem to remember that the licensee used to place his or her name over the door of a public house but when I look over the door of some pubs they do not have the plaque I Thought that it was a legal requirement

Where is the best place on line to find a draft beer pump for a tavern?

We need a pump that goes in basement of the tavern & pumps the beer. A new one cost $3000.00 from the supply house. IT has to pump 4 differnet kinds of beer not just one that u can put in kegs

Real ale pubs in Dublin?

Is there any real ale pubs in Dublin that serve traditional cask beer?
The Porter House (Temple Bar, Parliment St.) do, Messrs Maguire (Westmoreland St.) and The Gingerman (near Merrion Square) all have it as far as I know. There are probably more..
Not necessarily saying its nice though.. The Porter House is probably your best bet.

I want to know roughly what percentage of all restaurants use these. Not which ones use them, not how many restaurants there are in the world, but what percentage of restaurants use the guest paging systems that vibrate and/or make noise when a guest’s table is ready.
