My black horse has lost a bit of fur where a rug rubbed him. I’m worried it will grow back white. Is there anything I can do to make it black?

Depends on which night. They get a lot of Rockabilly bands there so you often see people dressed in that style. The rest of the time it’s typical Seattle wear – the same clothes you’d wear no matter where you were going.
I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for a cosplay where I could use my horse. He is a 15.3 hand (medium-large) black horse, and it would be really fun to be able to cosplay something where i could use him. Thanks!
