Where can I buy myself a pure black, obedient imperial horse? And approx. how much will it cost?

I am willing to pay 10.000- 100,000$ for a purebred German, Austrian or Russian Black Imperial horse which will suet my Gothic attire. I also seek a trench knife (8 foot sword)
No this involves no knighthood, I just want one since money truly cannot buy you happiness and at the age of 18 I guess I have plenty of time to bond with my newly acquired horse :D

Ask somone to build you one or buy a stuffed one, you obviously have th cash. Im sure someoen would build a er bronze one for you. it sounds like if you just want to complete your outfit then I pitty any horse you get

  4. Are you talking about the Kladruber? You can see the USKHA here:

They will probably have a list of breeders.

I am not really sure what you mean by "Imperial." Since I would have serious reservations about selling you a horse of mine, you might try Googling the following breeds:

    Kladruber
    Freisian
Andalusian (yes they do come in black)

Look for a breeder in the country or region you live in. I have never seen a black Luisitano but there probably are some.

Having said all that, I have to ask you: What makes you think that even an "obedient" horse would obey you? You are looking for a horse to match your attire, not your ability or personality.

An eight foot trench knife is hardly a good jousting lance. I am not sure you would be permitted to enter the bull ring with one. You certainly could not expect to fight a modern army on horseback, even with an eight foot projectile. Do you plan to hunt with falcons or ride in a parade?

  6. What exactly do you mean by "obedient"? Horses are not dogs and I don’t know if you seem to be aware of that. You don’t buy a horse to go with your outfit, no matter how much money you have to spend. You sound a little crazy to me.

  7. Wow… I would definitely not sell any of my horses to you… and I seriously doubt someone with an expensive horse like that would either. Sorry, I cannot help you.

  8. Have to say, that would look totally cool, all in costume. Do you do Ren fairs? Planning a wedding?

I wouldn’t recommend a horse without knowing your purpose, skill level, and boarding plans. Those are the important features.

  9. Sounds interesting, I’m going to consider you a troll and wish you the best of luck.

You may try a Friesian they are very elegant and were known to carry knights in battle.

I recommend you may want to try a few lessons first, humans aren’t born knowing how to ride a horse.

Have fun in your magical world.
