    that pork bun is a spin-off of the 800 year old famous Chinese dish Dong Po Pork, which is braised pork belly, you eat it with Chinese steam buns like a sandwich, with bok choy. when done right, the fat melts in your mouth without ever feeling greasy or oily. takes 3-4 hours to cook it.

    this is the first multi-asian establishment which really makes dishes the RIGHT way. THe pork buns are great, but if you want a true authentic experience, you should order the mandu-gook.

    It’s a nice place, especially in New York, where the diversity of asian cuisine is pretty lacking.
