What food, cracker, candy bar ANYTHING……..What can I eat the MOST of and not gain wieght……?
February 6th, 2010 | by admin |I heard saltine crackers are actually the worst? Neways, I want a food that I can munch on and not feel guilty, a friend said soy grain crackers are o.k., but i wanted something better
Weight gain and loss are all about calories, so no cracker or candy bar is going to be guilt-free. The closest you might come is with a very low calorie food like celery or lettuce, if you want to eat a lot of something and not add a lot of calories.
It helps to identify a stop-eating food that sates your hunger, then permit yourself a measured portion of it. (For me, it’s a teacup, not a mug, of cereal with skim milk and artificial sweetener. Stops the munchies completely for about 3 hours.)

Try wheat thins. Or fish cheddar crackers.
