How is called the course about the history of heads of mission such as presidents and kings (queens)?

If for example I want to teach people about the history of international head of missions history etc… how can I call that course?
But I want o have the word "history" in the name of my class because it will most be about the whole history of the heads of missions, the monarchy, how to call the titles in the monarchy, who replaces the king, the president, etc…
Shall I call it "Politics History", "Governments History",… ?
Any idea, please?
