What does one call the Head of my country?

I see the head of a Kingdom is a King, and the head of a Principality is a Prince. I live in the country of South Africa, so what do we calll the person in charge?

Well if a King governs a Kingdom and a Prince a Principality then a C@nt must govern a Country.
