What type of grades do u need to get into Kings college to be a dentist?

In september im going to be in year 11 and I am thinking a head , I really want to go kings college because i want to study dentistry and have been told that u need As in everything to go there , is there anyone who studies dentistry in Kings college that could help me out , what grades are needed ?do u need to get As in science (chemistry and biology)and maths? My teacher told me that its really hard is that true ?

2. Not necessarily that you need all As-do really good on your UKCAT and a really good personal statement can really help
3. You need some work experience-e.g voluntary work and shadowing is essential!!!
4. At A level you need to get AAB and B at AS level
5. You need to take Chemistry or Biology.

I know a girl who had excellant GCSEs all As and A* and got 4 As at AS level yet Kings rejected her, so work on not just the grades but your overall presentation and what you have to offer Kings besides grades.

I think you you do have to ge As at least to get in Kings college my friends daughter goes there it is hard my bother is a consultant orthodontic and he went to Birmingham University and now works at glasgow dental colleage. so it doesnt matter where you go as along as you are committed to what you are doing.
