Its coming up to my 18th birthday and I was thinking of hiring out a venue such as a pub for the night. But most of my friends are aged 16 or 17 and I want to know if they are able to drink there?
No

If I were to drop a chocolate bar to the ground, what are possible methods to sterilize it?
If it’s still solid, in one piece, just wipe the outside with a damp paper towel. That should get most of the crud off of it. It was not sterile to start with.
If you are really concerned, dip it in a bleach-water mixture for a few minutes, then rinse it with boiled distilled water.
Or you can melt it in a double boiler and then let it solidify, if it is in pieces. But I don’t think too much of this, as the melting point of chocolate is too low for sterilization.

In other words, in a deck only the clubs has the jack, queen and king all facing head on so you can see both of their eyes. Is there some significance to that? In the other suits one of the face cards is facing to the side so only one eye is visible.
The image is the decision of the card designer and isn’t standard. I’m linking an image off of the "Jack (playing card)" wiki page which shows the Jack of diamonds facing forward so you can see both eyes.
In the third link you can see a set of playing cards from another manufacturer which has the Jack of diamonds, queen of clubs, and king of hearts all facing forward.

At the restaurant Lakes Tavern & Grill in Woodbury, MN, they serve what they call their "signature wonton chips" and I would love to know if they’re in-home made (by the restaurant) or if there is any where that I may purchase these out side of the restaurant/what brand are they? I’m obsessed. They’re too delicious for words. Thanks a million!

I’m doing a history project and I’m supposed to do a hypothetical interview with Sir Thomas More(yes, his name is spelt "More" and if you try and correct me, it’ll make you look really stupid), and I was gonna ask Why he was against King Henry being head of the Church but could not find any research about it. Please help?
Thanks.
Sir Thomas More was opposed to the " Act of Supremacy " which was to give Henry total control over the English Church .
Other statutes came from the "Act"
The Act of Dispensations , dealt with the special licences which permitted departures from Canon Law and Church practice , this had previously been a power which only the Popes could exercise .
This in effect gave Henry the power to give himself dispensation to marry Anne Boleyn, Rome`s authority was cut off.
The Act of Absolute Restraint of Annates , turned into practical law the threat Henry had made in 1532 . All payments that the Bishops paid to Rome would now go to Henry
The Act for the Submission of the Clergy , prevented the clergy appealing to Rome , also this `Act ` brought them under the control of the ordinary law of the land .
The Treason Act , made it treasonable to declare the King a heritic or usurper .
The Act of Succession , Henry`s daughter Mary was declared illegitimate and the children of Henry and Anne became the true heirs to the throne . As a test of loyalty all men of prominence would be required to swear loyalty to the new succession and also to the royal supremacy
More would swear to the new succession because Parliament was empowered to alter and decide . But he could not swear to the supremacy of the King over the Roman Church in England
The matter that brought things to a head was when Pope Paul III announced that the imprisoned Bishop , John Fisher , had been made a Prince of the Roman Church , a Cardinal . It was Fisher`s death warrent and More`s as well . It was the ` Act of Supremacy ` that More could not
swear to that brought about his death

It fell out of the back of a pick-up truck on to the highway while in it’s case. They were speeding and I couldn’t catch them. I listed it on Craigslist, so they might find it. My 14 yr old son claimed it and wants to learn to play it. How much is it worth? How much is it worth with the case and all? The bango came flying out of it’s case when it hit the blacktop. One string has came off.
First of all it’s a BANJO.
The brand of the head has no significant effect on the value of the instrument.
While usually of reasonable quality, Hondo instruments are mass produced in Korea and China and don’t have any significant value. Certain older Hondo guitars that were made in Japan have a modest collector’s value, but yours is not.
If you can’t track down the owner, I suggest you let your son keep it and learn to play. That would be worth far more than you can get for an Asian banjo.
xx
