how do you keep your house out of public record?

I don’t want everybody to know I own houses, so how do I keep my houses out of public record?

You CAN’T. Property tax records are public records. If you don’t pay the taxes, you won’t own the house very long. In theory, you could create a trust ans transfer the houses to the trust, but it would still be public record that the trust owned the houses and that you were the trustee. It would not be hard to determine you actually controlled the properties. The trust WOULD shield the property from judgments against you in most cases.
