As for your assumption that 2330 calories is more then “my” total daily intake I’ll have you know I am currently at 3400 calories a day and going down to 3160 to maintain 80kg until the end of the year. I am a physically active male and require many calories to maintain and gain weight.
Actually women would not require 8 hours to burn 2330 calories simply because maintaining organs and whatnot requires energy 24/7.

heh, I think you mean “sedentary”. Sedimentary would mean they’re made of grit and dirt.
At any rate 2330 calories is MORE than your total daily intake. For a woman to work that off with regular exercise, she’d have to do an ENORMOUS amount of working out. Even moderate exercise for approximately 2 hours only burns maybe 500 calories. To burn off that much caloric intake would mean she’d be exercising more than 8 hours a DAY!
Appetizers have NO right being more than your entire day’s intake.

There are always little things you can do to cut down on calories, especially if you are going to eat fast food. If you get a Chicken Club sandwich from Mcdonalds, get it without any Mayo or ketchup, throw away one of the bread slices. Then, all you have to do is cut the chicken and bread in half, and reassemble the sandwich. Sounds like a lot to do, but it should help a lot.
