    This brings old memories. i use to watch this all the time and who i knew that i would become a cook one day. i cook kid goat (cabrito) as well as other culinary disciplines. Thanks for posting this.

    Really, Penquin? How cool! I remember watching this as a kid and being so envious of the two children in the video. I used to pretend to make enchiladas and “serve” them to whomever would listen ;)

    I don’t remember seeing this when I was a kid, I think I was too old for SS when it was made. I do however recognize 2 of the boys. I would have known it was them, even if I hadn’t been told ahead of time. They look the same(only older now). one is 30something, the other is 40. But they still both have the same smiles as when they were kids. Oh for those who don’t know, it was in LA, not NYC.

    Don’t like Mexican Food? Oh well, by the way so somebody sells wierd flavored ice cream as a novelty, Remember Jones Soda sold Turkey Dinner soda, do you not drink soda because of it?

    What about Garlic Ice cream, do you not ice cream either? It’s sold too!

    If you think a burrito is gross, what do you think of hot dogs and burger patties made of ground odds and ends… what about sausage?

    Grow up and don’t jump to ignorant assumption based on a novelty.
