Health Violation. The owner would get the citation, and will probably discipline the bartender for not asking the dog owner to take their dog outside.

  3. Only if its a service dog.

  4. The only dogs allowed in a public establishment is a working dog for the blind and the owner or bartender cannot legally ask the person to leave.

If the dog is not a working dog then the 1st person who works at the bar needs to ask the person to leave

The owner will get a fine for not properly training the bartender to do his job and the bartender will get a fine too for allowing the dog in the bar.

  5. Service animals are the only ones that would be allowed. Some areas would allow them if there is an outside patio, deck… that is used.
The owner of the establishment should ask owner of animal to remove animal. Owner would be the one to get ticketed or violation notice.
