Yes, I know where I live that if they have a kitchen and serve food they can not stop minors or parents with children from coming in until 8pm (they used to have to close the kitchens down to keep the minors out at night). However, if I am going out to eat with my child, a tavern is not going to be my first choice to go. Secondly if I have my child with me, I do not need to consume any alcohol so again no need to go to a tavern. 3rd, if this tavern is the cheapest and best place to go or is my only option, I'm not gonna b**ch that there's no changing table in the washroom. Or the shuffleboard table. The shuffleboard table comes with free baby powder. EDIT: I find that Hooters is a very baby friendly restaurant.
